Have to edit my review: last 3 times i sat in drive through for over 20 minutes, food was wrong or missing items.
I just waited 30 minutes in the Taco Bell drive-through. There was only about five cars in front of me and it was unacceptable! I will never come here again.
Plan an extra 20 minutes around your visit, you'll be asked to pull around to the front and wait regardless of how many items you get or if you placed a mobile order 20 min prior. We all know drive thrus are timed but they don't care how long you sit out front once you leave the window. I swear every time I go, I'm missing at least 1 or 2 items without fail. Management just doesn't seem to care enough to maintain any sort of quality anymore.
i'm a big fan of taco bell, however the workers at this specific location seem to not care at all. every time i've ordered from this location, they forget at least 1 or 2 things. and when ordering a lot of items as a family, it's impossible to tell what is what. so, we tried each getting a luxe box so our food would each be separated for us. when i got our food, it was just thrown into a bag with no boxes, and they ended up missing 2 items that were already paid for. i would understand if this was a one-off thing but it happ... read more
