Foods decent, staff is okay and the inside needs better upkeep.
Fast food and not great. I was overcharged and it's a good thing I looked at the receipt and I was issued the credit immediately.
Just placed an online order, employees made like 6 cars park in the parking lot because they were taking their sweet time making orders! Asked the name of my order multiple times in the matter of 5 minutes! Overall between ordering and getting back home took roughly an hour and the store is 5 minutes from where I live! Please, get your shit together!
I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell location. I clearly ordered the Vegetarian Luxe Box, but was given an item that contained chicken nuggets. This is completely unacceptable, especially for customers who specifically choose vegetarian options. When I went back through the drive-thru to address the issue, the staff member at the window was extremely rude.
