I placed an online order at 10:14 PM for pickup. My fiancé went to get it and waited in the drive-thru line for nearly 20 minutes. When she finally reached the window at 10:33 PM, the time the order was supposed to be ready, the employee said the order was for inside pickup only and refused to hand it through the window. A friend who was with her went inside and then had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes with no one coming to the counter. Here's an outlandish idea. How about you make the stuff for the drivers who are actually there instead of just in order of the way you got them? I was waiting there for over 20 minutes past the pickup time before I unassigned. And I saw you guys put orders out for people who weren't even there yet. So why not make the order for the person who is actually there and checked in? Secondly, how come you only use half of your work area? You guys have a whole other side that you could be making food at and you just leave it unused ... read more
Super service, very fast drive-thru experience, portions sizes have increased, accurate ordering food was hot. Service has improved at this Taco Bell.
