Horrible service, took 25 minutes to get an order. Laughing eating while making other peoples food and employee after employee was getting off with huge bags of food going home at 11pm. While making me wait for an order. Wasn’t nice and was not fast food, no sense of urgency and very unpleasant experience tonight 4/27 11pm otherwise usually have good service here .
This review is specifically for the late night crew I don’t know y’all but you’re the best!
The only thing that was good was the bean burrito
The walk in experience has gotten so bad. It's impossible to just walk in and order things the way you want because the kiosk never has full customization options and the front desk, by design, never has people there. Every person who helped was great, but taco bell corporate is making decisions that make the entire experience extremely painful.
