Yesterday they made an error and gave my very quiet timid daughter the wrong order and they refused to correct it. Buyer beware!
If u like doing other peoples jobs then this place is perfect. Day your order nine times and they still get it wrong and check your bag because they always forget something.
Nobody hardly reviews this place because it’s in the HMSU commons area, but sometimes it’s horrible. I showed up at 6PM, took 20 minutes to have my order taken, then had to wait another 40 minutes to get 2 chicken quesadillas. Undertrained, understaffed, and honestly all ties into being underpaid. They can’t keep/get anyone because who wants to work there for $9.50 an hour? I don’t blame the workers or Taco Bell, rather the greedy franchise owner, Sodexo.
