I ordered food through the app. When I went to pick it up they said "no one here knows how to cook food. Maybe in 30 minutes or so." I tried to cancel, no luck. They took my money and gave me no food. Asked for multiple refunds, no response. This isn't the first issue with this location but it's close. Google won't let me give zero stars.
We made a large order and it had special requests like removing ingredients etc and every item was in the bag exactly as ordered. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality, more so than I even expect from Taco Bell in general. I have never had the cinnamon balls so well cooked ever before — they were hot on the outside, but the frosting inside was cold.
