Rude as hell employees now. One chick threw me my food over the counter, some other guy started clearing off the table I set up to eat at, when I got up to get the food I ordered.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. The boy Dylan Rodriguez at the drive threw window threw a tissy fit about wiping off the side of my drink cup due to it overflowing under the soda machine after asking politely the first time he refused after already having a napkin in his hand. Always a solid stop when passing through Wilsonville! The staff here are quick, friendly, and the food comes out fresh every time. The dining area and drive-thru are both clean and well-run, even during busy lunch hours. I’ve stopped here multiple times after work and they’ve never messed up an order. Definitely one of the better Taco Bells around.
I hate that you have to order through a kiosk or an app when you go inside, there's no reader board menu any longer. All orders comes in a bag whether you're eating in or taking it to go. Kiosk makes too many suggestions that you have to respond to. Just give me a human and the old reader board menu, you can do it for the drive through, why not the customers who take the time to come inside?
