Gave me a Mexican pizza upside down and cold food for the drive thru. Very unprofessional but hey, it is the Bell!?!
Can’t speak to the people who have had negative experiences here, but this Taco Bell is an absolute gem. As an avid supporter of TB, I can say this is easily the best one I’ve encountered in the WNY area. Staff is very polite, I am often the only car in the drive-thru, wait times are limited. Where they really shine is the quality & consistency of the food. Haven’t had a single instance when it wasn’t fresh, hot, and filled with adequate portions.
