service is lousy half the time, but great the other half
ONE STAR - DO NOT RECOMMEND I have never had such a bad experience at a Taco Bell before, and I eat here pretty often. This was absolutely disgusting. I placed my order and gave very clear, specific instructions on how I wanted my food prepared. They completely ignored everything I wrote. What I received looked NOTHING like what I asked for. I placed my order on the app and this location messed up a lot. So getting to the drive-thru, we were waiting for nearly half a hour. We got no acknowledgment about our food, we just had to sit there. After the long wait, they had given us our food but not the drinks. We got three boxes that come with drinks. Ordered a Chalupa supreme and a classic taco supreme opened my "taco supreme and as you can see in the photo not only was it not a supreme it was the weakest taco I ever received and when I asked for them to fix it the lady at the front gave me attitude and reluctantly had them make me another one, then as I was typing this out the brought me my new taco and it was still wrong, they brought a soft taco instead of the classic hardshell, definitely the D team was working today.
