I am a delivery driver for gigwork platforms such as DoorDash, GrubHub and Uber Eats. I am very frustrated by the way delivery drivers are treated at restaurants with drive through customer service. All I want is to be treated with the same respect as all of your other customers. Just left the Taco Bell on Sudley because we couldn’t get any help. Only way to order was kiosk and employee wasn’t helping. At least this location had a helpful employee but she, too, had trouble finding the new chalupa. Food was ready quickly but very sparse on the chicken. Found out this one owned by same people as the other one. These owners need to go to Chick Fila customer service school.
