You really need to train your staff to work more professionally. Every time I visit, I end up waiting 25 to 30 minutes for my order, which is simply too long. There is also a Taco Bell in the same strip, and their team works efficiently, serves customers professionally, and completes orders much faster. I hope you will look into this issue and improve the service at your location. Could you also let me know who the owner of this franchise is?
