Sat trapped in the line for about 15 minutes only to discover no one in the store.
WORST TACO BELL IN OHIO!!!! the police came tonight to do a welfare check because there was someone in the store not taking orders at ELEVEN PM I was trapped in the line for an hour not to mention several other cars were trapped in line as well the person inside couldn’t even be bothered to let people know that they were one closed early.. or two not taking orders for the moment (hour or hours) or three just lazy and praying everyone leaved go to literally any other taco bell the one in north Royalton is WAY better very fast... read more
Sat in the drive through the only worker there refuses to take orders or fulfill pickup orders.
Stopped in the drive thru before 10 pm after placing a mobile order. No one answered the speaker for 10 min, so I pulled up to the window. When the employee finally came to the window, she informed me that I needed to cancel my order that I paid for already. She said she was not going to make it and that this what happens when people don't show up for their shift.
Ordered food last night when I got off work from this location through Uber, after multiple drivers canceled the pickup for 30 minutes I went to get it myself. The 2 female staff working the not busy night shift proceeds to look straight at me and ignore the speaker and the window for another 30 minutes while my order sat in the window. Called the store multiple times, Uber called the store all to be ignored. It suddenly made sense why drivers kept canceling my pick up. Its fine to not like your job, you still have to do it.... read more
