I just got the grilled steak burrito and i took about 3 bites of it and it is now thrown up everywhere
They ignore the drive-thru line for lomg stretches of time, even when they are not busy. The general manager of this store should be ashamed of themselves and go do some work since nobody else does.
We just moved to the area and after a long day of moving and unpacking we decided to DoorDash Taco Bell. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla, a regular nacho fry, and a double beefy cheesy burrito. Needless to say, everything was super cold like it’s just been sitting for hours. Multiple times now I will be trying to get a doordash order in the drive thru in the middle of the night, and the don't answer the radio for 30+ minutes. There were 4 cars ahead of me that came and went but they wouldn't answer me, or the person behind me in line. Looked like they were cleaning/closing early when I pulled around. Got there at 3 AM, waited until 3:35 AM. Then had to let the customer know multiple times now that they should cancel there order.
