Went through the drive through, was told by the worker that only online and door dash orders were being fulfilled due to some technical outage, I told him that was fine and I could just order online, he told me that wouldn't work. So why tell me you could fulfill the order that way anyways? Congrats on finding a way to do absolutely nothing and get paid to the workers here.
On two separate occasions, I have ordered food from here and received it from a woman working the ENTIRE STORE on her own. Both times were during lunch hours! I am genuinely flabbergasted at how the management of this place could let that happen even once, let alone repeatedly. I am shocked and extremely impressed that the orders were still done in a timely fashion, given with courtesy and friendliness frankly more than appropriate given the circumstances, and with no flaws or mistakes of any kind. I ordered taco bell on 1/18/26 and i arrived at the drive thru at 9:25 pm, they didn’t grab my order until 5 minutes after i got into the drive thru. then i proceeded to pull up to get an online order (that i ordered at 9:15) and then finally recieved it at 9:53. Claims they had 2 workers on shift, management needs to do better, and they need to move faster. no excuses. beyond ridiculous.
