Ordered a cheesy Gordita crunch with beans instead of beef. Received a tortilla with nothing but lettuce and cheese. Totally worth $6.
So rude. Lady who took our order was mumbling so obviously we couldn’t hear her and she had to repeat herself multiple times. Then got mad and started yelling so we could hear her. Interrupted us multiple times too.
Items are often missing. But today (late night) a lady with red hair working the register rushed us by telling us to pull up to the window after every other item on our order, refused to give us the correct fry size after she rung up the wrong size (we asked for a large and we got mediums), and she was really rude and stopped answering us at all after we asked about the fries nicely
RUDE worker in drive thru! Didn’t give drink with combo nor able to ask since they’d slammed window shut. Never again!!
