Update: Extreme slowness is still the norm here. Took nearly an hour this time. Crazy. Gotta be a staffing issue. Frequent long waits (20+ mins) even if you use the app ahead of time. Food is good, staff seem nice. Dunno… I roll with it, but it’s odd to frequently have a lobby full of a dozen+ other people standing around just waiting for their food.
Incredibly slow.
Thank goodness I actually went in to get my mobile order and a co-worker decided to order food. My potatoes were old and hard. My coworker had to wait 20 minutes to get his food. I ordered no ice in my drink and I got ice. There were people still waiting for their order that ordered before coworker and coworker got his 1st. The lady did apologize for the wait but still.
