They tried to give me a cheesy roll up with no cheese after making me wait 15 minutes. When I attempted to have the order fixed, the employee attempted to gaslight me.
I came to this Taco Bell a couple days ago. The guy on drive thru had a noticeable passive aggressive attitude. To top it off, My Cinnabon Delights were literally frozen in the middle. I get that they might’ve been making a new batch, But if they aren’t ready, Just say that. Don’t serve half frozen food. I would’ve turned around and said something, But I was already running late. This location seriously needs to work on both its customer service and food quality.
