We often go to this Taco Bell as it is close to my house and it is open late. Tonight there was an older gentleman who was working the drive through window and the speaker, he was doing very good multitasking and was super polite! He even said hello to my dog in the back seat! I was super impressed and just thought he was the best worker I have seen there. I am unsure of his name but I had to add this!
I came through the drive thru to get dinner. The staff seemed very disinterested in our order and we were unsure when to order because they didn't communicate with us. We waited for awhile with only one other car sitting in front of us. When it came to us, they quickly tried to get us to go. When we went through our order, the food was inaccurate and we were missing some things. I came back inside the building, which seemed clean. I needed a fork and it took a while before I was helped.
