First off I’ve never used the Taco Bell app but I was excited to try it. The staff wasn’t friendly when I arrived. The male at the window didn’t say anything to us at all. I returned to get sour cream. The man at the window handed me sour cream and walked away. There was no friendly interaction just annoyance.
