Shame on Taco Bell for allowing kids to run this place without adult supervision. The two times I got what I payed for was because I said something. I shouldn’t have to watch you kids make my food and complain to you to get what I pay for. Shame on the parents for raising this new generation soft and lazy. They are allergic to work. There is nothing I hate more then paying for food, driving 20+ minutes home and not having all the food in my bag I paid for. And yes, maybe I should have checked the bag better then just looking in, but that's kind of hard when you're ordering for your whole household and get multiple bags.
Isaac the assistant manager is the rudest person I have met! I ordered food for pickup and he told me someone already picked up my order and that wasn’t his fault, he would not remake my order! Said he was the assistant general manager but had no authority to view cameras to see that I didn’t get my $8 meal! This Taco Bell is the most incompetent fast food restaurant in Texas! I hope you get your bonus Isaac for not remaking my $8 meal that was stolen from your pathetic establishment!
