I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at the Taco Bell on Nokesville Road in Manassas. My family and I placed a mobile order, expecting it to be quicker and more convenient — instead, we waited over an hour for our food. When I politely asked about the delay, one of the employees responded incredibly rudely, saying: “Why don’t you come work instead of me?
