Paid for my order instore with no one in drive thru Waited for 15+ minutes of being asked by the same employee if I was doordash 3 times. Just left without my $10 of food. Probably would have been awful anyways.
Just waited 18 mins for 6 tacos and my kids were the only ones in the lobby. They had helped 5 cars in the drive through already. Just made my kids wait. When I came inside and asked what was taking so long the response was we are making it right now. Very poor customer service from the front counter to the back of house
