Josiah and Emily were very considerate when taking care of a customer service issue we experienced. With no hesitation, they promptly ,professionally and courteously made it a point to ensure our complete satisfaction. Thank you guys so much. It’s rare when such great customer service and great food can come together as perfectly as came together this evening.
I ordered an Enchirito around 4:00 PM on June 29, and I was very disappointed. The portion was extremely small and looked nothing like what is advertised. I was also concerned about food safety. The employee taking my order was also preparing the food. After handling my cash payment, she was wearing the same gloves while handling both the money and the food, which I found unsanitary. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations in terms of both food quality and hygiene.
