Just went through the drive-thru. I know places like Taco Bell struggle with reviews because the only time people write is when they are mad about something. Here's a positive. The employee, Lizzy, was exceedingly polite and professional. Good eye contact. Pleasant demeanor. Kudos.
You should shut this one down. No effort into trying to get better at anything here. No one speaks English and no one cares. Go away we don't need you in our neighborhood.
Horrible customer service. They gave me a chicken quesadilla when I asked for a cheese quesadilla. I told them they got it wrong and proceeded to hand me a “quesadilla” with uncooked shredded cheese and no sauce.
