I don't get how you mess up an order this bad. Incorrect items in the boxes and missing items. Y'all know nobody wants that lettuce right now, asked for no lettuce on EVERYTHING why were they all drowned in lettuce? Had to go back for nacho fries just to make it home and see they forget the cinnamon twist too.
Placed a mobile order for pickup at noon on Sep 7th because I'm short on time. Restaurant wasn't busy. Stared at my prepared order 4 feet away behind the counter close to 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally had to say something for an employee to finally hand it to me without speaking a word. Order had zero sauces and napkins.
This place needs help. It was dirty. The men's restroom was dirty and had no soap in the sink was nasty. Had to ask to make the food again cause it wasn't any good and it was just threw together with cheese and sauce in the sides where tthe container gies together and drooped on my shirt. Zero stars. We waited 50 minutes for our order. Granted it was three tacos two burritos and a taco salad but still 50 minutes for fast food is considerably ridiculous. Highly disappointed with the wait time. Will say the manager we spoke to (she had just come in to start her shift so we felt bad saying anything at all) was extremely professional And apologetic which did help our overall experience. Our Doritos locos taco was also filled to the brim so bonus points for that.
Ungodly slow service, 20 minute wait for 1 car. Don’t go here at 2pm.
