08.15.2026 As a commercial driver i am here for food. Loby was closed at .7.30 Am. But drive thru was open. I go on window. Girl open it. I say I need food but I have bobtail. She say she canot provide food. Loby will open 09.00 Am. File complaint they denied food. Poor management system. Let's us remind if trucks are on road u get food.
This location desperately needs better quality control. I usually love Taco Bell, but this location has dropped the ball multiple times now. On recent visits, the lettuce tasted old, items were missing from my order altogether, and chips have been super stale or taste like chemicals. Which I don't know how they don't know their chips have gone bad because as soon as you unwrap you can smell it so they obviously just don't care. Mobile pick up order took almost 30 minutes longer than scheduled. Meanwhile, you’re hanging out in a hot, dirty, smelly dining area. Pleasant but clueless young man occasionally manning the cash register. If they can fulfill orders, they should stop accepting them. Very disappointing.
