Spent half an hour waiting in the drive thru and ended up having to leave, otherwise I’m sure it would have been even longer. It isn’t always so bad and I get that It happens but I’m going to be disappointed with the service once it reaches that point.
If you come after 10pm .....you WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED!! SUCK IT UP!! GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!! IF YOUR THE LUCKY ONE TO GET FOOD THE WAY YOU ORDERED IT...THEN KUDOS TO YOU!!! REFUND PLEASE
They are usually on point here...orders are generally correct. Every now and then an item will be cold, but that is still rare enough to chance it.
Very bad attitude employees and get bad at customers, cold food I do not recommend them.
Not surprised,but extremely disappointed. My wife and myself both struggle with using the self order stations, so we waited at the counter to place our order with a person. So the employee rudely asked what it was that we need. We told him we wanted to order and he said no. You have to order over there. We politely asked if we couldn't order with him. He very rudely pointed to the order station and said (YOU HAVE TO ORDER THERE). So in short.. we turned away and went somewhere else. We will not be back I promise.
