Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover it. I was stuck in a line because apparently there is **no way to pull off, go around, or leave** when delays happen. Instead, everyone is just held hostage in the same spot with absolutely **zero communication**. horrible fine in experience was dirty ass kid running around the store no shoes on best part it was a employees daughter she was going behind the counter and climbing on everything. I am extremely concerned for that mom call CPS on the fat piggy.
Alex and Cole (and the main front service member) + the team were great during a very big rush, calmly addressed everyone and gave great service.
Slowest Taco Bell ever. I’ve given this place a chance 4 times at different tunes of day and it is always slow. Like waiting 40+ minutes every time.
