Yum! Love Taco Bell the staff is great and food is always ready when I get there.
Ordered delivery. Got three soft taco supremes. Received normal soft tacos. Also ordered extra sour cream on a burrito, and they provided no sour cream at all. Also ordered a midnight Baja Blast and they just gave normal mountain dew. No communication of replacement or anything.
Probably the slowest Taco Bell in the springs and 50% of the time, there’s at least 1 item missing or wrong
The inconsistency of this store is the biggest issue with it, along with the staff just does not care! Called about missing food, and the so called manager acted as if I was bothering her, and could care less! Managers like her, are why the store is such! I do not understand Taco Bell allowing managers who do not do their jobs correctly!
