I frequent here alot. I went in today for lunch. I paid for extra everything on my GC burrito, didn’t receive that. On top of that, I asked for my 5 layer burrito to have steak with extra steak, and it to be grilled. Not only was it not grilled, it had regular beef instead of steak and had beef stuck on the entire outside of my burrito. There was literally plastic all up in my food I picked some out and ended throwing all my food away because I sat there and realized first of all I shouldn’t be picking plastic out of my food and 2nd I didn’t wanna start eating and regret it later or run into possibly more. I’ll never go back to this one that was fr so foul.

I stopped here because I was in a rush, but it ended up being a pretty frustrating experience. The order was completely wrong when I finally got it, and it took way longer than it should have for a fast food place. The area where you eat was not very clean, and the staff seemed pretty overwhelmed and not very helpful when I mentioned the issue. I left disappointed and hungry, so I will probably just skip this location next time.
