Tried to cancel order, but they don’t answer their phone…ever. Originally I cancelled through the app within a second of submitting it when I realized it defaulted to the wrong store, but cancellation was not allowed. I will be disputing the charge

Doors were busted out & replaced with plywood and locked. No clear direction on how to pick up an order so we used the drive thru. Staff got mad because we used the drive thru to pick up the order? If your doors are locked customers will need to use the drive thru to pick up food.
