First time at this tacobell, super clean nice parking lot. But the staff is annoying. They don't listen, gotta repeat your self clearly. The lady who made my food SUCKS she doesn't care about her job. My crunch wrap completely fell apart because she didn't grill it for id guess more than 4 seconds. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO MAKE SURE ITS GRILLED LADY. IT SHOULD HOLD IT SELF TOGETHER. and then my burrito was half full and when wrapped it was twisted and squeezed in the center. I ordered one crunch wrap supreme for almost $8 and this is what I got, lettuce and tomato wrap with no meat. Sad part is I actually watched her make it. This is my fourth attempt to eat at this place with every single time concluding like this. Just taking a wild guess that it’s now franchised owned because of the high amounts of low reviews and zero effort to correct anything. Thanks for the motivation to always prepare my own food.
