why can’t we have a human being at the drive thru? why is this automated? the machine could not get the order correct. let’s not switch everything to AI
They switched to using some awful AI to take their orders, it couldnt understand me and kept adding stuff that I didn't want, i ended up having to ask for a ridiculus amount of water cups in order to force a worker to take my order, if they have people paid to listen, why use an ai to take orders?
Tacos have gotten worse over the years. Bean burieto is still the best value if you add 2 x sauce packages
