The food and service are fine, but for over 15 years this store is too cold to eat inside. We used to take our food outside to avoid the over air conditioned dining room, but the outside tables are gone so we either had to eat in the car or freeze
After putting in my order on the kiosk it took 30 mins to receive my order. The drive thru is completing orders quickly. I am one of two people I side sitting down and the other guy said he has been waiting an hour and still hasn't gotten his food. I highly recommend do not go inside. When I received my food every taco shell (6) was broken I ended up eating all of my tacos with a fork.
They get orders wrong nearly every time I order for delivery, when I can't just take it back. They're also extremely slow and if you're in the dining room waiting for service most times they don't even acknowledge you. They'll look right at you and say nothing. No "welcome," no "someone will be right with you" - nothing. And when they do talk to you they act like you're bothering them lol
Always messing up orders and straight missing food... 20 dollars an hour and they can't even read a screen in front of there faces
