I work as an Uber food delivery driver. I drive at night and this is the fourth time I've picked up food from this branch. Each time, the male employee says they're out of ingredients, can't prepare the food, and want to cancel the order. This happens every single time. I think this is unusual and not a coincidence. Last night I ordered 3 soft tacos w/o lettuce and a crispy cantina taco through the app 15 minutes before I got to the location. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for my food (on a Thursday night). When I got home there was no cheese on the tacos and the cantina taco didnt have the cheese on the outside.
