Ordered the side of pinto beans and received just beans, no sauce, no cheese and it was literally two bites. It should have come with sauce and cheese, they were pasty and gross. I understand they have portioning guidelines but seriously, that is unacceptable.
I was treated like a criminal from the moment I walked in. The manager was super rude and disrespectful. I get that this area has lots of problems and lots of drug use . I had my meal rounded up for their donation program that I explicitly do not approve of. Its really inappropriate that they just added it on without even asking me if I wanted to. I know its only $0.50 but I shouldn't have to worry about this when getting lunch.
The only reason I didn't give this superior all across was because the bus stop directly in front of the business. In my personal opinion I have nothing against people who utilize public transportation I myself work in the public transportation market, however this particular bus stop is always an issue. You'll see ambulances, fire trucks, countless police vehicles at any given moment due to drug overdose and of course other emergency situations that may arise is the the businesses fault?
