Came to the drive thru @5 am where the menu board is always black. Was trying to order a crunchwrap but the lady claimed they didn’t have a product for it then proceeded to ring it up and make the crunchwrap. As I was eating my crunchwrap mid way thru i chewed on something hard and come to find out its a piece of plastic ?
Came in today to have dinner with my husband five or six employees working out one acknowledge us except for Josh amazing customer service give him a raise and retrain some of the other guys in there because not one person even said hi
I’ve been searching high and low for a decent Taco Bell burrito and holy moly. You guys made a man’s night.
