Honestly it sucked me and my friend got chicken quesadillas I guess they only give you a teaspoon of chicken and a cup of jalapeño sauce. The sauce I wanted to dip my quesadilla in… they put it on my quesadilla so I had a combination on ranch, guacamole and jalapeño sauce. They got my order wrong and then I was scolded by the manager for not checking my order on the screen. Then I didn't get receipt or the correct change. In my customer service experience, you apologize to the customer and give them the correct order and move on. No extra conversation needed.
Ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and got a burrito full of nothing but beans
Best Taco Bell I've been to in a long time. Food was fresh and workers were very nice
I recently visited this location late night hungry. Service was fast order was accurate. Food was Hot and fresh. Rakeem was great in the window.
