Service is consistently terrible, also Why is dining room closed at 8 pm Update: Decided to try location again after a waiting several weeks: dining room is still closed and several people going to five guys instead. No clue how the franchise owner is happy missing this much buisness due to being closed at noon
Yes. Whoever was in the kitchen today at lunch, I hope your pillow is always cold, your coffee always tastes great & that your wallet never empties! Perfect burritos & the best cinnamon twists I've had since the early 2000s. I stopped getting them a few years back because they gradually had less and less seasoning on them & just overall weren't right. Forgot they came in a box today & I've remembered why I love them. Absolute perfection. Thank you & give the whole kitchen a raise please.
I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of service, order accuracy, and overall lack of professionalism I witnessed at this location today. There were three distinct issues during my visit that warrant management's immediate attention. 1. Critical App Mislabeling & Dismissive Customer Service I placed my order through the Taco Bell app, which failed to show that the full name of the "Baja Blast Zero" has been changed to "Dirty Baja Blast" (which introduces entirely different ingredients, like dairy/creamer).
