I dont know what was going on here. 1. They already took FOREVER. 2. Not only did they forget our order like 3 times, they handed us the wrong food TWICE after saying we got burritos. I genuinely don't even know what we got.
Was told to use kiosk when I had coupons they wouldn't take my order, very rude and nasty will never go there again in life
This is THE BEST Taco Bell in Memphis, and the only one I will continue to order fast food from. They are courteous, fast, and professional. Other Taco Bell stores in Memphis are slow, disorganized, and don't even answer me when I'm trying to place an order through drive-thru.
