The Taco Bell in Benton Harbor is decent for a quick meal. The staff is usually friendly, and my orders are mostly accurate. The food tasted okay, nothing special, but it did the job. The restaurant was clean, and the drive-thru moved at a decent pace. It’s a convenient spot if you’re craving Taco Bell and don’t want to wait too long.
Honestly, ZERO stars. This location has this amazing ability to make crunchwraps taste like cardboard. I love Taco Bell! But this store alone is making me drop the chain altogether. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I go there I am waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru or they mess up the order and forget stuff. We ordered a 12 pack of soft tacos, they were slightly thicker than a few sheets of paper- so not impressed. The bean and cheese burritos were packed slightly better, so that's a positive.
