Id give it a lower rating on service if I could. Someone from the taco bell app. Stole my order and they did absolutely nothing to help. Said it was through Door dash and thier was nothing I could do about it. Over $41 order and just lost money and they had a few delivery drivers come through and were denied because they said it wasn't there fault. What a joke
Every time I have gone here the soft shell tacos are soggy and falling apart. When you go to pick them up the shell sticks to the wrapper pulling the shell apart. I know its fast food but I don't think they care about the quality of their food. Maybe not paid enough to care. I don't know. I was even given a free taco card because they messed up the order. And when I pulled up asking what that entitled me to get, they didn't have an answer, said they would give me the answer when I pulled up to the window. I would even pay th... read more
