Unbelievably, I ordered a 12 pack and 6 had no meat on it. I contacted the store and they were rude and told me to buzz off. Would not recommend this store EVER!
We disnt hear the lady threw the speakers and so she repeated it with a very rude attitude, disrespectful. Just because you have a bad day at work dosnt make it okay to be rude to ur consumers
Awful person taking order didnt know the difference between burrito supreme and 5 layer burrito. I asked for extra ground beef. Then at the window I asked if they had put the extra ground beef on.NO gave me another price. Said I should have asked for it when I ordered, I did. I would think they would put it on the burrito, NO they put it in a box so I could do it while I'm driving. What do you think?
Terrible service, terrible communication, terrible experience. This Taco Bell closes at 2 am. My friend and I ordered a pickup at midnight. This Taco Bell refused to make it. Upon getting to the microphone, we explained the situation and they simply turned the microphone off and refused to serve us. Truly pathetic and embarrassing. We still haven’t gotten refunded and this pathetic excuse of an establishment should be shut down.
