My husband went through drive thru and ordered our food, when he got windows she took the card and gave no receipt. He asked for a receipt and she they don't have receipts. We need our receipts for book keeping but that would have been fine, I would have looked it up online BUT.....when he got home we were missing part of order and have no receipt to prove it. I tried calling several times to discuss this with a manager but no one is answering the phone. I guess it's our loss but we will not be giving them our business again... read more
They appear to be temporarily closed for a remodel? Or is it permanent? My summary: Poor order accuracy. Poor customer service. No sincere apology offered. Dirty restrooms with no checklist. If they do reopen, I hope they operate under new management.
