Disappointed with my latest order. I don't get fast food often, but when I do, I usually like taco bell. I ordered chalupas, but the Pita bread barely got fried, so it was more like a gordita. I wanted a chalupa. I could understand a lot of scenarios that could have gone wrong, but they have timers on everything they cook, so this shouldn't have been an issue.
Stopped by Taco Bell for a quick bite and went through the drive-thru. The service was fast, and I got my food quickly, which was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but the ordering experience could have been better. I felt a bit rushed, as they kept asking, "Is that it?" instead of allowing me time to browse the menu or offering suggestions. The condiments were well-stocked, and overall, it was a decent experience. A little more patience at the ordering window would go a long way!
