Sign on Main Window says Lobby Open till Midnight. Sign is made of vinyl & easily removable. African Immigrant employee was rude & demanded we leave and go through drive thru in order to get orders. They informed us at 9:56pm that they now close the lobby at 10pm. Arrived at 9:52pm to locked doors. All other Taco Bells are keeping front doors open so Door Dash doesn't lose money for waiting in Long Drive Thru Lines, the employees at this location were extremely unprofessional & provoking.
Same guy running drive thru, lobby and to go orders, had to wait 20 mins for my order as he went to the window over and over, wont be back, how can you take orders and make orders while 2 others make drive thru??? 🙄
Come in here for food and doordash all the time and they are always messing around . I’m here now and 2 other drivers here as well and not a single person is in here eating and no one in the drive thru . Ones back there making strange noises the girl is doing god knows what but not helping them prepare the food. I am 10min past the pickup time I’ve been waiting the frenzy is melted already and still no one has came in or to the drive thru so i don’t get what’s going on
Constantly forgetting items, says they're open till 1am and started turning people away in the drive-thru at 11:35pm with the all the outside lights off.
