Please for the love of everything do not return or go here at all 3 times this week I have gone there and gotten the wrong food. I order something and several times they have given me something completely different. I’m paying the price of a meal and getting taco dollar tacos. Shard shell with just cheese. We ordered through the app and waited 35 minutes for our order. People who came in after us who ordered on the kiosk received their order before us. I did ask why it was taking so long and the young lady explained they were under staffed. There were 4 people working the kitchen, and they seemed to be moving at a good pace, but management is failing them. Big ol’ sign on the window “Lobby Open Till Midnight”. 9:45PM doors are locked. Did mobile order - didn’t get the right sauces. Got old fries. Staff was nice.
We ordered via the app and it still took 30 minutes of waiting to get our food. On top of that, my chicken nuggets are burnt and hollow. Only 3 are edible.
Alexis, Collin, and Cobla did an absolutely fantastic job at making my order! I come to Taco Bell because it's cheap not because of the quality. I always order a bean burrito with extra red sauce and extra cheese no onions. Half the time the burrito still has very little red sauce and almost no cheese on it. Today I was very surprised when all my food was served hot fresh and exactly how I asked for it. We need more Taco Bells like this.
