Placed a mobile order at 11 PM when this location does not close till 1 AM. Waited in line for 45 minutes just for us to get to the window and get told they can’t take our order or give us the food we paid for.
I decided I wanted a midnight snack and went thru the drive thru, they decided to stop taking inperson orders at 11:40pm when they close at 1 am… They also decided taking a phone call while making my food was okay. I’m extremely disappointed with this night’s work staff,
Hey, can yall update your closing hours to midnight and not 1 am?. I use google to find OPEN places to eat, not ones that close 40 minutes early. Thanks. god bless yalls souls.
Zero star. Been loyal through their issues, but today was final straw. Showed up for online pickup and once again, lobby closed. Waited in drive thru line for 40 minutes to be told that they never got my order. BS... Hadv the email and they already took my payment. I tried calling to talk to a manager and they hung up without answering. Then their phone was mysteriously busy tone the test of the night.
