I watched them lose sale after sale while waiting forever for our meals. One person wanted to order at a register and was told hw had to use a kiosk. Another was told they couldn't make change for a $50 order being paid for with a $100 bill. We could have gone to a real Mexican restaurant ate chips, ordered, eaten, and gotten home in the time we got out "fast food". This Taco Bell seems to get slower and slower every time we go there. So I placed a large mobile order and they forgot my nacho fries however I called and they said they’d replace them and give an extra which I think is wonderful! I really appreciate the kindness I received on the phone call the man I spoke to apologized profusely and it just overall makes me feel valued as a customer and I will definitely be back!
I bought 6 crunchy tacos and 1 grilled cheese burrito and 2 large drinks and 2 chicken quesadilla rolls and yet they only gave me 5 crunchy tacos with barley anything on them and I always try to round it up this isn't the first time they did shit like this to me it's just I had enough of it so I had to post it and now they lost a customer smh
