ELDERLY LADY EMPLOYEE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! just had one of the rudest most vile interactions after trying to order my food at this taco bell. Screamed multiple times at me on the intercom after asking if they could make their one of their dirty sodas and told me to “take it up with california” for messing up their menu. She literally went 0 to 100 and absolutely does not need to be servicing customers at this fast food restaurant let alone any customer service job. i am completely appalled
Older lady working the front has a terrible attitude. Yelled at a kid obviously sent in by a parent to fix the order. Really weird. Outside of that perfectly fine experience.
employees are nice but they will always get a few things wrong. don’t even bother customizing your items as they’ll be made standard and check your bag before you drive off because they usually forget 1-2 things
They always get my substitutions correct and are very kind. Star(?) is super sweet and took the time to introduce herself which I really appreciated
Easily the cleanest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Staff is super friendly as well. It was so clean I actually took time to write a review about it lol. The food was prepped fine, nothing special, but really just a clean and friendly atmosphere impressed me.
