I only ordered two items and both were wrong. Maybe if the girl taking orders for the drive thru wasn't on a call on her cell phone talking about "having another job the next day if she got fired", my very simple order wouldn't have been a disaster...If you don't want the job, move over for someone who does.
Food is normally great, I don’t have an issue with it due to the fact it’s a quick meal. But today, I ordered online when I was about 5-8 minutes away. I get there and there is 1 car infront of us. They proceeded to wait 10 mins for their order and then when I finally got to order, we waited another 15 minutes. When we finally got to the window, we waited 10 minutes again, just for our food. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed, but this has happened on multiple occasions.
