This may have been an off day - apparently the menus had changed and they could not take orders from the cash register only from the kiosk machines. In addition the app was not working for orders at that location. Food was good. Service was backed up because of the confusion. No one knew how to get around the technology glitches, but they tried. Ended up losing credit for my purchase and could not take advantage of my rewards and expiring offer. Place needed a good cleaning in the kitchen.
