I had to pay extra for steak and they give me two small pieces of steak for each of them. They stole my money. I work hard for my money and would never buy something that looked like this. They should be held accountable for stealing from people. I deserve my money back.
Went in to eat, tried to order at the kiosk, but it wouldn’t let me modify my order so we stepped up to the counter. A very rude lady came over and didn’t even greet us. She just said, “I’ll have to take you at the kiosk!” I said we tried and it wouldn’t let me modify my order and she just gave us a 50 yard blank stare. I don’t understand why the 4 employees behind the counter and the two on break can’t stay behind a register and actually have human interaction. It’s ridiculous. We left and went to Smokey’s.
