If I could give 0 stars, I would. Tonight we made a Taco Bell mobile order. It was around 12:50, the store doesn’t close until 2. We get to the store at 1:26AM to find out “the store is closed”. 3 vehicles were in the parking lot, cleaning supplies in the lobby, I mean even an employee dodges me and my brother, runs to his car, and leaves. We wait outside with another person who is waiting on a DoorDash order for approximately 18 mins, no response from any employee about our food. No refund. I don't normally leave bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Kiosk is the only way to order. The staff talks you through instead of taking your order. Took 15 minutes to get food and there was only 1 person in front of us. Sat down and the tables were beyond nasty. This place was was flooded from Helena and they cant replace the tables. Got the food and nasty. According to the employee the boss will not allow them to take orders.
This is the amount of beverage that was in my drink when it was delivered. Come on y'all.
45 min endeavor. Should have just ate local.
