Ordered nacho fries. Didn’t have nacho fries, asked for one or two hard shell tacos. Received tortilla chips that tasted like stale cardboard. Asked for guacamole, received sour cream. Usually have a good experience. Pretty disappointed in the service recently. Lots of mistakes or forgetting items.
Very long wait times and I mean like waiting 15 minutes or more a car, especially later at night and food orders are constantly wrong or cold. Daytime is decent but compared to other stores this bemidji store is not very good at all. Something needs to be done to fix this store because this is ridiculous
Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes just to order tacos. Poor service.
Sat in the drive through for around an hour in a line, ordered 6 plain tacos just meat and cheese and yet again completly loaded and completly not gonna be eaten, wasted time wasted money and at the end the server said not a single word the entire transaction
