I asked the lady at the window to give me a cup holder and she rolled her eyes at me. And our orders were not made correctly.
Took nearly 10 minutes to come take my order, then wanted me to go to the gas station and get exact change to pay in cash. Employees were taking cards and money at the drive thru window with the gloves on and not changing them to handle the food.
Good food but they concentrate on drive thru orders too much.
Thought that maybe after a year, Taco Bell would've gotten their crap together. NOPE Cheesy gordita crunch was so horrible, I took one bite & couldn't eat more. The nacho bell grande had a huge glob of beans 4 tiny pieces of tomato & a smidge of sour cream on one chip. There's wasn't even enough nacho cheese for half of it. Come on people! How can you screw up nachos??? Really???? You sure the hell wouldn't make it like that if it was for you!!
