This place has gone WAY downhill. Slow, rude, and seemingly incapable of getting even very simple orders correct.
Rewards, didn't work. Didn't have the right cheese to make what I wanted, ok fine. We are out on Hot sauce packets, that's when I got annoyed! Please learn to order, manager.
45 miss in the drive through, and when you complain they abuse you. And when I called the manager the next day, she flipped out on me.I even have it recorded if anyone would like to hear it.
This place sucks. Always messing up your order, the enployees talk like they couldn't be bothered taking your order. Never open at 9am. Hardly give enough portions in bowls. Go to the other location on ob hwy. Or drive all the way to kelso!
Rude employees. Not likely to return to this location even if it means driving across town
