Missing items or just a completely wrong order, items obviously have been sitting and/ or reheated. Have given this taco bell too many chances, will not be giving anymore. Update: came back two years later, It's still bad. Got 2 Quesadillas and a crunch wrap and there was almost nothing in them.
my beef burrito has no beef in it. for the second time. y'all are too expensive to be doing this. i can't go here again
I would give negative stars if that were a thing. I spent 15 minutes waiting for them to even take my order. 30 minutes to get my order. Nobody really in the restaurant, nobody using the drive through, nobody making online orders. All 3 locations in the kekso longview area are not in your hurry at all.
Extremely disappointing customer service from the manager. I walked in, placed my order, and stood patiently waiting well away from the counter. I wasn’t asking about my order, rushing anyone, or interrupting the employees. The manager approached me and asked if I had placed an order. I politely answered, “Yes.” Her immediate response was to snap at me, “Well, you’ve gotta give us a minute, okay?” I was honestly confused by her attitude because I hadn’t asked her to hurry. Very rude on the phone. Possibly lied about being out of seasoned beef for a doordash order. Can't even wrap a burrito right.
