My fiance and I were banned from there and given no explanation or reason it behind it why we are banned it is messed up and should be illegal to ban someone without telling them why
Night manager sucks this place use to be really good but in last 3 months gone down hill and call with a problem with food don’t fix just say “ we are just doing what our manager tells us “ !!!!!!!!! What happened to customer values
Bad management and lazy workers
Rude staff and literally rotten food being served and defended. The management here is a joke as are the employees who can't clean the lobby or manage to keep it open during business hours. The stores employees have a lack of motivation and desire to do anything but pick up a paycheck and it is obvious.
I can’t even rate the food as I never received it. The girl working there refused to acknowledge me even being there and I stood in the lobby for 5 minutes until I said hey can I get my burrito, then when the girl working couldn’t handle the question she got way rude so I asked for my money back and she still kept yelling at me saying how rude I was. I am a paying customer in a public restaurant I would like to be treated as such.
