Hi, I’d like to report an issue I experienced at your location today. I placed an online order and went through the drive-thru, but ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. When we pulled up, the employee said “just a moment,” but never returned to take our order. After waiting with no update, we pulled forward, and the car behind us was helped immediately while we were still ignored. The female manager here is the rudest person I've ever met. 2 times now she has been completely and unnecessarily rude to me and my husband who came there 2 separate times. You can tell she hates her job and throws around "Im the manager" to try to make a point. She 100% should never be in customized service and probably better off in the back.
Why are you guys so bad please shut down
I ordered a Crunchwrap and instead I got a giant mess that I couldn’t get out of the bag and looked at be at least a day old. I know this is fast food but if im gonna pay 8 dollars for one thing I’m not gonna make that mistake again
