Ordered DoorDash from this location. Understandably during lunch hour, so they were busy. I ordered my food at 1127 through DoorDash and the driver given my food until 1157. I tried calling multiple times, but the phone was continually on a busy signal and never rang through.It took a fast food restaurant 35 minutes to make food. I find this absolutely insane. Placed a pick up order, waited for 30 minutes and lady behind counter kept saying they did not have our order. We were showing her the e-mail, receipt, order number and informed my bank account was charged. The gal informed us they are unable to look up order number and since it was a drive thru order, we had to go through the drive thru. We showed up to taco bell at 11:25 and did not get our food until 12:30! To top it off, they did not snap lid on the cheese cup, cheese was all over our bag and other food items. Rolled through tonight and met Freddy, introduced himself as the new night shift manager. Guy was awesome. Food was up to par. But honestly it was Freddy’s great personality that’s got me writing this review. Taco Bell you got a good one!
