Had a child with me and employees refused to take my order at the counter. Forced me to use the self order kiosk that was extremely difficult to use while holding a child. One of the employees had a serious attitude while helping an older couple that did not want to use the self ordering kiosk kiosk. Meanwhile there were no other customers in the lobby.
I know there are wonderful mom & pop restaurants around here, but sometimes I just need to make a run to the border. I mean, the “Enchirito” is back! Anyway, this is the best Taco Bell I’ve seen in years - maybe decades. The sauce bins weren’t just full, they were front and faced. Impressive. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and asked if I had an online order. The food came out fast and was so perfectly constructed it could have been used in marketing material. Well done, Bellaire Taco Bell, well done.
