Taco bell in Manhattan Beach should be cleaned not filthy . People in the back making food are laughing having a party . Tables floors and restrooms are dirty
Went through the drive thru, got my food. When I returned to my job, I realized they forgot to put my chips in the bag. I drove all the way back to Taco Bell, only to be met with eye rolling when I informed the lady that she forgot my chip. She proceeds to get the chips, hands them to me and doesn't speak not a single word. I thought I would get an apology for the item missing in my bag. The lady was just rude, no home training. Put her in the back, she doesn't have enought customer service skills to work the drive-thru
Aside from the awkward parking structure everything else was fine. The food was well made and you can't go wrong with the new Loaded Potatoe Griller.
I ordered a few items. The menu on the app and there was a glitch so it was absolutely not the employee’s fault, but even after that they felt so bad they gave me a free taco coupon and made the meal so perfectly every single item. So whoever was working on this shift really really really need some focus put to them because they are phenomenal
