I've come to this TBELL for 6 years! They reopened after their remodel. Super happy to go again--- As I was 1/3rd into my bean burrito I bit down and started to chew I noticed a long hair strand in my mouth that was coming out of burrito 🤢🤮 Let me just say - I made to the toilet just in time
You asked for a review when I completed an online survey, so here you go. More often than not my order is either wrong or missing items. AI did a better job taking my order at the drive-thru, it didn't make me repeat myself multiple times. Not sure what is up with this store but they get orders wrong more than they get them right.
If you order more than one item, they will forget half of what your ordered. Ordered nachos? You just get a cup of cheese... this place was much better off before their remodel, now they are just awful
