When to my local Taco Bell on my lunch break and was greeted and served by one of the kinder people I’ve met this year Katherine O. The food was just okay, but their service will always have me coming back. With so many options for eateries customers means more to me than how tasty the food is. I was extremely unhappy with my experience at this Taco Bell due to the staff’s behavior. On Sunday, I came in to pick up my online order and spoke with a young female cashier. She had a very rude attitude and told me my order was not ready. I was told the staff was working on it, but after several minutes, I noticed that no one was actually making my order.
