This is a SHIT explain to me one pays almost $50 something for two combos and when one sees the tacos, I see how little meat there
I’m not sure if the employee was having a bad day or if there is a larger opportunity to reinforce service expectations with the team. I was polite and respectful throughout the interaction, but received virtually no customer service or engagement. The overall experience felt unfriendly and dismissive, which was disappointing.
