I really hate ordering extra sauce on my quesadilla and getting charged for it just for there to be none whatsoever. Like for real this isn't the first time either.
I absolutely love Taco Bell! They are very helpful when I place my order and help customize the food.
I usually enjoy Taco Bell, but this order was really disappointing. The fries I received were clearly not fresh. They looked overcooked, dry, and heavily seasoned in a way that made them taste stale, like they had been sitting out for hours instead of being made to order.
This Taco Bell location is a poor excuse of a restaurant. In the last year, I’ve gotten one order that was made correctly, let alone included all of the items that I ordered. The food is constantly burnt, they give you half the cheese sauce you should get, it’s always dry, and the portions are embarrassing. This restaurant is a waste of space on 54.
This place has horrible service. Waited 28 minutes for a door dash order. Maybe 8 customers in store. Behind the counter employees were vaping, eating, talking on their phones, etc... One even was setting on the front counter. An employee on the clock! Finally after verbally complaining the manager asked an employee if they'd made my order.
