I went in this location around 4p.m today. The young lady that was preparing orders had gloves on. She picked her phone up, and was looking through her phone. Put the phone down, and started back preparing orders, never switched out her gloves. With different virus going around, that was very nasty.
Website says open and you can order on the app but the store isn’t open and has different hours on the door. Might want to figure that out.
Whoever the girl that took the drive-thru order looked high and must have been actually high. She got the entire order wrong, and there was only 1 car, mine, at the drive-thru. The monitor was showing the order correctly, but what we were given was completely different. We live too far from Maroetta to even ask for a refund, and this is the farthest I can go. Get accountability of your employees. I'm confident that whoever the girl that took the order was either high or drunk.
Went to show employee my phone for a dash he screamed no one as to see you phone rolled his eyes and walked away and his wig was lopsided
